Aalsmeer – In September, Royal Burgers celebrated its 100th anniversary. To mark this special occasion, business partners were asked to make a donation to the Anders Amstelland Foundation instead of giving gifts. Thanks to the generous contributions from our partners, a substantial amount was raised.

Last week, Jeroen Naalden presented Burgers check for €4,900on behalf of Royal Burgers to Koen Persoon ofthe Anders Amstelland Foundation. With this donation, the foundation will once again be able to support many families in the Amstelland region—both those living at or below the poverty line—by providing that extra bit of help.

"We are incredibly grateful for the commitment of our associates and proud to work with them to make a difference for families in our region," said Jeroen Needles.

Foundation Anders Amstelland connects local organizations with people who face adversity and need help, but cannot always find it within existing facilities. Thanks to initiatives like this one, the foundation can continue to provide practical support and relief to families who desperately need it.
