Today marks an important milestone for Burgers: we are live with our new ERP system, Ridder iQ (a brand of ECI Software Solutions)!

Over the past few months, teams from different departments have worked hard to prepare the rollout — testing, setting up and adjusting everything step by step. Last Friday the first phase went live: our service locations in Maasbracht, Zwaagdijk and Aalsmeer have started using the Service Remote App on tablets. The first digital work orders have already been processed succesfully.

Today, our complete organisation started working with the new ERP system, including over 80 colleagues who use the shop floor application in order to process workorders efficiently.

The main benefit of this giant step in Burgers history is to be even more efficient for our customers and to support our ambitious goals (to be a sustainable tranport partner).

The coming period will be used to fine-tune and improve. But going live is already a big step forward in working faster, clearer and more connected.
